What is the status of my order?

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. If the estimated shipping date has passed and you haven’t received tracking information yet, please reach out to us. We’ll reply back within 24 hours

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled if you contact us within 12 hours of placing them. After that time, we may not be able to guarantee cancellation as the order might already be in production.

Can I make a change in my order?

You can request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. Beyond that period, we might not be able to accommodate changes, as your order could be in production.

Can I change the address for my order?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us through our WhatsApp. We’ll let you know if the change can be accommodated.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products.

How long does it take for my order to ship

Please refer to your order details for the estimated delivery date range. We will try our best to deliver within that timeline. Please note that production times are extended during the holiday season and please allow extra time for your order to be delivered.

I have an issue with the order received

I am sorry if you have an issue. Please send a message via WhatsApp with the details of what the issue is and also send a photo of it. A member of our team with get back to you as soon as possible with a possible solution.
